Given the brand owners' uncertainty about their vision and mission, it was essential to facilitate comprehensive exercises to glean insights into the brand's core identity. Post these sessions, I took on the responsibility of crafting the presentation's copy, including the formation of vision and mission statements, slogans, and other key messaging components.
The resultant financial/pitch deck successfully encapsulated the essence of SKS Salon, providing a transparent view of its financial landscape and potential growth trajectory. Its design and narrative not only educated potential investors about the salon's offerings but also underscored its promising future in the beauty industry. The tangible testament to the project's success is evident as the salon is now actively in the works, transitioning from concept to a vibrant, real-life brand.

It's worth noting that post the creation of this presentation, the brand's owners opted for a name change, a decision made after this deck's completion and thus not reflected in it. This reiterates the evolving nature of startups and the need for flexibility in the design process.
